DIY (Do It Yourself) has become widely accepted and has long since developed into an inexpensive alternative to finished electronic items. So why shouldn't you also build your own loudspeaker or amplifier yourself? We supply the indispensable loudspeaker grille for this purpose.
Anyone who has ever dealt with the inner workings of a loudspeaker knows that the components are very sensitive and must therefore be protected in any case. Our loudspeaker grilles offer excellent protection against all sorts of small parts that could get inside.
Fears that this protection would be accompanied by loss of sound are unfounded. Loudspeaker grilles should have a pass rate of at least 40% to ensure that the strong sound is perfect. We use grids of the perforation QG10-12 , which even have a transmission rate of 69% . You can easily attach them to the speaker case with superglue or hot melt adhesive. The loudspeaker grilles are made of Steel and are therefore magnetic, so that they adhere to the magnets.
If you ever need to replace components, it is not necessary to unscrew the entire case. You can easily remove and replace the cover.
In addition, the perforated plate as a cover is also visually impressive. On request we offer also colored grids. For an extra charge, these are powder-coated.
If our listed dimensions do not correspond to the dimensions of your loudspeaker, we will cut the grille free of charge according to your desired dimension. How this works exactly is explained in detail below.
