How can I view my order?

You can log in to your customer account and view your orders and inquiries there. You can also check the status of your order from receipt of order to production and delivery or readiness for collection.

Can I cancel an order?

With us, you can cancel orders at any time free of charge. Simply send us an e-mail to anfrage.blech@gmail.com.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. We process every request regardless of size. This enables us to offer the right solution for every need.

Where is my order currently located?

To view the status of your order, there are 2 possibilities:

1) You can log in to your customer account. There you will find information on the status of your order from receipt of order to production and delivery or readiness for collection.

2) For each order you will receive an invoice with information on the shipping service and a shipment number. You can enter this number on the website of the respective shipping company and receive further information on the status or delivery date of your order.

Do I have to register to order something?

No, you can also order something without registering. The order will be processed directly via PayPal. However, we recommend that you register, as you will have many advantages. For example, you can check the status of your order online, set up an additional delivery address, and place repeat orders more easily.
