What payment options are there?

We offer the following payment options, which are briefly explained below:

Credit card:

You can pay for your purchase directly by paying by credit card. Provide your credit card information when purchasing. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express are accepted. If your credit card has sufficient funds, the amount will be debited directly and we will process your order.

PayPal:

With the online payment service PayPal, you can make online purchases quickly, easily and securely. This service works for us free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal, so they do not have to be entered again when purchasing.

If you click "Check order" when purchasing, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal so that you can safely complete your purchase.

Instant bank transfer:

Sofortüberweisung is also a very quick, easy way to pay for your order. After clicking on "Check order" you will be forwarded to our partner Klarna. There you enter your log-in bank details and the amount will be debited directly so that we can process your order quickly.

Transfer:

The transfer is the classic payment method. After your purchase you will receive an email with the order confirmation. You can find information on Doone GmbH's bank details and the order number there. Transfer the amount to be paid to the Doone GmbH bank account and please include the order number so that we can process your order more quickly. After receiving your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

 

 

I can no longer find my bill. What now?

This is not a problem. Just write an email to anfrage.blech@gmail.com. We will be happy to send you the invoice again by email or post.
