Especially in winter, when it is cold and uncomfortable outside, people like to hide at home in front of a warm fireplace or stove. However, when you open the stove - for example to fill up with firewood - sparks can quickly fly outside. So that this does not come as a nasty surprise, we offer stainless steel spark protection plates for the floor.
Of course, the most important thing is to reduce the risk of fire that comes from a fireplace. But also small holes or dirt, which can be caused by sparks on the wooden floor, are very unattractive. Therefore, our stainless steel plates not only serve as fire protection, but also as surface protection against sparks or too extreme heat.
Compared to glass, stainless steel has the advantage that it cannot be scratched or damaged, but is very durable. We use high-quality stainless steel of the material 1.4301 (V2A), which we grind on both sides with the grain K240. This gives the panel a noble appearance and is not only convincing as fire protection, but also as a stylish decoration.
Of course there are fireplaces in all possible sizes and shapes. Therefore we offer plates in 3 different basic shapes. However, if our listed dimensions do not cover your needs, we offer an individual cut to size. Please contact us for this. Also spark protection plates in other thicknesses are possible.
