Diverse design possibilities
With regard to materials, shapes, hole patterns, colors, sizes and other special designs, no wishes remain unfulfilled. In the following we have listed a few suggestions for custom-made products. However, if you already have certain ideas of your own, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form.
We carry a wide variety of different materials, which may also differ in terms of processing. We offer sheets in the materials aluminum (Al99.5/ AlMg3/ AlMg1), steel (galvanized or bright), stainless steel 1.4301 (ground or bright), copper (CU-DHP-R340), brass (CuZn37-R300) as well as titanium zinc. In addition, we can also process the surface of the metal according to your wishes and, for example, incorporate corrugated or wave structures into the metal.
There are almost no limits with regard to the shape of the cut. In addition to rectangular and round shapes, contours and logos are also possible.
We are also very flexible when it comes to perforation. We can punch round, square or even hexagonal holes. Diameters and hole center distances are also possible, which we do not have in our standard range. Furthermore, it is not absolutely necessary to produce a continuous hole pattern, but it is also possible, for example, to place individual holes only at certain points.
As a standard, we carry sheets in the 3 colors black (RAL 9005), white (RAL 9016) and anthracite grey (RAL 7016), but sheets in bright colors are also no problem for us. We offer a high-quality powder coating or an industrial painting of the metal.
Our machines can cut metal blanks in millimeter steps from 10mm x 10mm up to 3000mm x 1500mm.
In addition, we edge the sheets on request, for example to L, U or Z profiles.
